Still spamming the search engines.. and getting away with it

Can anyone explain to me why this site hasn't been flagged and penalized by Google? Check out the source code. It has held the #2 position on Google for years for the search term "yerba mate" (it used to be #1 before Wikipedia). Backlinks aren't impressive.
