As I'm sure many of you are aware, Google is now offering CPC bidding for site targeted (or rather, "placement" targeted ads as they now want them called). Have any of you transitioned any campaigns from CPM to CPC? I'm curious to see your results and hear your thoughts about this new offering.
I recently switched one of my campaigns over to CPC with a max bid of $1.50. Over a 24hr period, I experienced $.69 Avg. CPC, which correlated to $.04 CPM. For the year leading up to this switch, I experienced an Avg. $.37 CPM with the campaign (granted, there were some minor tweaks over this time period).
