I think what you are doing is great. The company Tennis Express, whom you are advertising for, treat their people terribly. They hired a friend of mine, who was disabled, and five days later the guy that he was replacing told him in the "parking lot" that "management" thought they bit off more than they could chew, and they were going to place all his work inhouse, therefore my friend was out of a job. What kind of company does this, after five days. Management didn't even let him go, they sent the messenger. I wouldn't advertise for them for nothing.
